Noise, dust and disturbance were minimal and, despite often being wet, cold and bedraggled, your team was always cheerful, friendly and polite... Your brochure promised 'best possible service and build quality' carried out by 'reliable and trustworthy craftsmen who really care about the quality of their work and own reputations' and I must say that these statements were endorsed absolutely."

"Steve and his team have incredibly high standards both in terms of the quality of their craftsmanship and in the courtesy they displayed towards us. Work always began at 7:30AM and finished no earlier than 5 without exception. For the first three weeks of the project we hardly knew of the team's presence at all as their access was through the roof rather than traipsing through the front door. We were given full warning of any potentially disruptive actions (such as cutting through the ceiling to fit the stairs) and great care was taken to minimise our inconvenience. Most impressive was the way that Steve kept us regularly informed of progress, encouraged us to view the project's development and constantly involved us in the decision making that unfolded. This last point should not be understated as apparently small decisions on the width of doors, location of radiators etc. have major implications and Steve made us feel constantly in control of the process."

"When considering any form of building work which will involve workmen crawling all over your property for weeks on end, there is always some concerns that it will cause major inconvenience to the household. However, this was not the case with the All Loft Conversions team. At all times everyone was polite and considerate of the fact that they were in someone else's home, ensuring that any mess was kept to a minimum and swept up at the end of the day. They were always friendly and willing to answer any questions we asked regardless of how stupid the question may have been. The attention to detail was exceptional even when unforseen setbacks occurred these were quickly and professionally resolved resulting in a high quality finish."
